How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for peak wedding season (October–April) and December holidays. For corporate events, 2 weeks' notice is usually sufficient, though earlier is always better to secure your preferred date.

What is included in the travel cost?

Travel costs are calculated separately based on your venue location from our Cape Town base. Local Cape Town Peninsula venues typically attract a minimal fee. Winelands (Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Paarl) and outlying areas are quoted individually. We'll provide a full travel cost breakdown in your custom quote.

How much space does the photo booth need?

Accepted Answer

The Standard Enclosed Pod requires approximately 2m × 2m. The Open Air Pod needs roughly 3m × 3m. The Green Screen Pod requires 4m × 4m to accommodate the backdrop and lighting. We also need a 2m clearance height and a dedicated power outlet within 5 metres.

Can I customise the photo prints with our branding?

Absolutely! All our packages include a custom print design. You provide your logo, colour palette, and any text, and our design team creates a beautiful branded template. For corporate events and branded activations, we also offer fully custom backgrounds and overlays at no extra charge.

Question 5

Do you provide props and accessories?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Every package includes our curated premium props collection — think vintage frames, feather boas, elegant hats, fun signs, and themed accessories. We can also create custom bespoke props for your event theme at an additional cost.

What happens if something goes wrong on the day?

Accepted Answer

We carry full backup equipment to every event. Our experienced technicians can resolve most issues within minutes. In the extremely unlikely event of a major failure, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee — we'll work with you to find a solution or provide a fair refund.

Question 7

Do you service areas outside Cape Town?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we service the greater Western Cape, including the Winelands, Garden Route, and surrounding areas. For events outside Cape Town, travel and accommodation costs may apply and will be included in your custom quote.

How do guests receive their digital photos?

Accepted Answer

Guests can instantly scan a QR code at the booth to receive their digital copies via SMS or email — no app required. All photos are also uploaded to a password-protected online gallery within 24 hours of the event, accessible for the duration included in your package.
